Hi, I’m Clare, your Holistic Business Mentor, Coach, and Trainer, and a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist. And founder of The Hive Holistic Hub.

 

After over 15 years of building my own successful businesses in the UK, I moved to Spain, thinking I was leaving hypnotherapy behind.
After all, who could be stressed in the sunshine?

 

But it didn’t take long to realise that stress, anxiety, and self-doubt don’t just vanish with a change of scenery. Wherever you go, your mind comes with you.

 

Inspired by that truth, I opened The Hive Holistic Hub, a nourishing space for the busy bees in the community to rest, reset, and reconnect through therapies, classes, and workshops.

At the same time, I was still working with business owners back in the UK, creating their websites, running their marketing and during our monthly meetings, naturally motivating and coaching them. I'd fallen into this work completely by accident a year before moving to Spain and without even planning it, I never stopped doing this work alongside my therapy practice.

Opening The 'physical' Hive was a 3 year very long mission! One I was determined to complete and I never gave up even with many, many obstacles thrown my way! 

But while trying to grow The Hive I found that there was something I just couldn’t ignore anymore - my true purpose.

My experience, intuition, and supportive nature have always made me a natural mentor. I deeply understand the challenges holistic professionals face because I’ve walked that path myself. I know what it takes to grow a grounded, sustainable business that feels aligned, without the overwhelm. I know what it's like to try and switch from 'therapist' to 'business owner' it's a really different mindset. But I managed to create a great business when I became a hypnotherapist so I know it's possible.

Now my mission is clear:
I help newly qualified and growing therapists and practitioners brand, build, and grow their businesses with confidence through coaching, mentoring, practical training, and done-for-you business support like websites, social media, and marketing.

I believe in collaboration over competition and through The Hive, I’m creating exactly that: a space where holistic practitioners can flourish, together.
