Our Story
Clare moved to Spain believing she had left her hypnotherapy practice behind, after all, who’s stressed in Spain?
But as she settled in, she quickly realised that no matter where you go, your mind follows. The need for support, space, and stillness doesn’t stop with a change of scenery.
Inspired by this insight, in September 2022, Clare took a leap of faith and purchased a space in the local commercial centre with a vision, to create a welcoming ‘hive’ where the community could explore holistic therapies, classes, and workshops to nurture mind, body, and soul.
The journey wasn’t easy. After 2.5 years of determination, countless challenges, and plenty of blood, sweat, and tears (quite literally!), Clare finally opened the doors to The Hive.
Now, she is dedicated to practicing solution-focused hypnotherapy, helping the busy bees in her community feel happier, more confident, and empowered to create the life they desire.
But her impact doesn’t stop there.
Over the years, Clare has found that she naturally attracts other therapists and practitioners, drawn not just to her warm approach but to her ability to mentor, guide, and coach them in building a fulfilling and sustainable holistic business. With 15+ years of experience running her own businesses, she knows first-hand what it takes to turn passion into purpose without the overwhelm and on a budget!
Clare now offers training, business mentoring, and marketing support to help therapists start, grow, or refine their practice because she knows how vital it is to feel seen, supported, and capable when you're doing the work of helping others.
