Hi I'm Clare, I’m a Holistic Business Mentor, Coach and Trainer, and Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist.

After more than 15 years building my own successful businesses in the UK, I made the move to Spain convinced I was leaving hypnotherapy behind.

After all… who could possibly be stressed in the sunshine?

It didn’t take long to realise that stress, anxiety and self-doubt don’t disappear just because the scenery changes. No matter where you go, your mind comes with you.

That realisation and my lifelong passion for personal growth inspired me to open The Hive Holistic Hub, a nourishing space for the busy bees in our community to rest, reset and reconnect through holistic therapies, classes and workshops.

What I didn’t expect was how naturally other therapists, coaches and practitioners would be drawn to me (though, looking back, it’s always been that way).

Over time, I realised my experience, intuition and supportive nature made me a natural coach and mentor for others walking the same path. I deeply understand the challenges holistic professionals face because I’ve been there myself and I know exactly what’s needed to build a grounded, sustainable business that feels aligned.

Now, my main passion and focus is offering practical and empowering training, mentoring, coaching and don-for-you support including websites, social media, and marketing all tailored for holistic practitioners alongside my work as a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist.

I’m passionate about helping others grow their confidence, attract their ideal clients, and thrive in their own unique way without the overwhelm, burnout, or fluff and of course all in a holistic way. 

At my heart, I believe in collaboration over competition, and I’m building a true hive: a place where therapists and clients alike can flourish.
